Scenario Creator 2 - small window

The scenario creator on my computer I can click maximize also
the mouse hover on the edges show it "could" expand but it neither expands
nor maximizes.
It remains a small window. 640x480?
When scrolling through the region settings under the "regions" tab this is very annoying and unpractical to
get to see the overview of regional settings if I can't maximize-expand the window.
For that reason I use notepad++ which isn't optimal either but still better than the Scenario Creator 2 since
that one has a tiny 1990 window.
