PATH ERROR

As visible in this screenshot (tried to upload bigger but claims 1MB files are too big to upload)
the AI is trying to send my (Germany) troops to help Finland against the Soviets.
But the Soviets already surround them completely.
Thus my AI sends units in merchant ships, and then they get locked up there, so I manually have to send them back
the German flag are the ships I send back manually
saved it to a path error savegame file in case wanted.
