Italy after WW1

I am not sure if this is an issue or not. After I released Italy, who had been conquered by Germany, it has a leader named David Mcintosh. The year is 1922, an internet search shows a few by that name, none of which are from that time frame or remotely connected to Italy.

I think it's just a random fantasy name.

Does the game have the combinational list? So it picks a first name and then picks a last name? So its probably David Thompson combined with McIntosh (aka Apple McIntosh)

We would have to add a series of conditional events to make this only occur at logical times. A lot of work for a small event. Who knows who would lead an Italy that fell. Mussolini could be dead...

You play as UK or USA so David Mcintosh sounds like a plausible name for a country released by you (I understand it's not a colony but still). I think random names for ahistorically released games can always be justified. In fantasy Italy (which it is in your case) even Sergei Yakamoto could have possibly been a president. It happens so that countries vote for non-ethnic presidents. I think there are better things to improve in the game than leader names. Frankly I don't even notice them.
