In SRGW, it appears that the use of Dobbins AFB as a Aircraft Fabrication center is a carryover from downloading SR-2020
and needs to be changed.

The other location for U.S. aircraft fabrication is listed as Renton, WA, which is fine, as Boeing Company location.

CHANGE:

* Delete: Dobbins AFB


* ADD: Hammondsport, New York X 436 Y 188 Add: Military Complex

This is the site where Curtiss began aircraft manufacturing, at the base of the adjacent lake, before combining the Curtiss Motor Company, and moving to Buffalo, New York in 1916.
