For Canada, need to Rename the below city:

* North Vancouver (X 202 Y 141) - rename to: Esquimalt - this represents the Canadian (and 1914, British, naval base at the location north of the big city of Vancouver. Esquimalt is also location of Royal Navy Western Pacific Squadron, 1914.
