Petroleum Stock Decreases After Military Deal

#1 Post by Ali Ahmed » Feb 06 2018

ok so here's the problem:
I'am Playing as The Ottoman Empire in the 1914 Scenario
Every time I make a deal and buy some units from the USA my petrol stock starts to decrease at a relatively high speed (even though my production is higher than demand)
(I've posted a short video of the problem on Youtube.....see it here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=49lF6Tt2W-Q

Things That I've Tried in hope to solve this problem (but didn't work) :
1-Updating My Sound/Video Drivers (Using Driver Booster 3)
2-Disabling my Antivirus Completely
3-Playing a new Save Game (Same problem still occurs even If i played with an another country) (and even if i bought units from another country than the USA)

Note1: I've Found that this problem can also be caused by declaring war on a a lot of countries in a short time
Note2: This Problem has also Appeared in Supreme ruler Ultimate Suddenly even though this hasn't happened to me before until this problem appeared in SR Great war and somehow "Infected" SR Ultimate too

I'am completely lost and i don't know what to do
I've tried everything that i know
waiting for your help
thanks in advance....(and sorry for my English...I've tried to explain as much as i can)

I think it's correct....you daily consume 62735 barrels so your stock will reduce..and when a new day come ur stock increase of 76671...

no i don't think that it's a case of production and demand
because my stock is decreasing independently of how much i produce or how much the demand is
for example:
if i say that i'am producing 100 barrels a day
and the demand is 50
and my stock has 50
the next day
rather than having 150 barrels in stock
the stock has like 120 or something like that because the rate that my stock is decreasing is so fast that i don't get the full surplus in my stock (but i do get some of it)

i'll post another video tomorrow so you can understand what i mean

**also sorry for the late reply

no it isn't
you can't even know because a day hasn't passed yet after the deal
also remember that i said that the problem occurs after the deal and since the video that i posted has not continued after the deal so you can't really know

anyway I've posted today an another one that does go 2 days after the deal
see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQ5U2ED6KjM

Note:start calculating once the deal is done (Not Before it because the problem only arises after the deal as i said before)

you'll notice that just right before the deal i had 162,620 barrels
also notice that there's a surplus of around 14000 barrels between the production and demand
so after a day of the deal i should have around 162,634 barrels
but in the video minute 0:33 you will see that i have 162,627 barrels (which is less by 7000 barrels than what should be in the stock)

and in the second day after the deal you'll notice that the surplus has increased to (15000 barrels)
so i should have 162,642 in the stock
but rather than having 162,642 in my stock
i have 162,630 (minute 0:46 of the video)

so i think it's clear now that i don't get the full surplus

just a guess - maybe the units are bought with empty fuel tank and you have to refill them (..even if they are on the other side of the world)

Maybe, but if that's the case then why doesn't the demand bar show that
