Building 100 resource producers at a time is bit annoying, as big countries mean large demand.
So I suggest adding Large producers that would produce 100x more goods than normal producer, and Extra Large producer, that would give you 10 000x more units of stuff than standard sized factories.
Suggestion: big factories

Re: Suggestion: big factories
I think this would have to be something for modders to consider personally. I think it would just mess with balance. Yeah, needing hundreds of facilities can get annoying, but if you keep up with it it's really not that many new ones per year, and for production in those quantities, it should take some thought and pose issues for land. Having an easy "i win" 1 hex mass production option would just make things too simple IMHO.

There are facilities which produce more than the starting ones, they exist in game, but they are higher up the Tech Tree. They are named Advanced - Military Goods, Industrial Goods, etc.

Well I was thinking about raw material facilities.GIJoe597 wrote:There are facilities which produce more than the starting ones, they exist in game, but they are higher up the Tech Tree. They are named Advanced - Military Goods, Industrial Goods, etc.
If 10 000x is too much, then 10x and 100x raw material facilities should be fine.

if you find it annoying to click that much but you have the ressource fields - just use a program like "speed auto clicker" , set it to click like 20 times per seconds and use hit it on the build location that your minister would suggest.
or if you want to have some "semi-full-build" configure it to build 6 times and select the location to build yourself and one-click build with up to 6 of that building (or whatever amount that hex field supports)
in my SRU-TR mod i added right at the start 200% and 500% (and smaller too) of the default normal size factories (consumer, industrial and mil.goods) similar to the advanced factories in default game
(didnt do that with raw ressource extractors like food , timber, ore/coalmines and oil)
remember that the input ressources also get multiplied - since i did not do that with power - i had quit some power issues without major powergeneration reserves.
Dont know what a 1000x factory or mine would do to unemployment... (well i dont know how its even calculated)

I guess keyboard shortcut to "semi full build" would be nice.EVILDARI wrote:if you find it annoying to click that much but you have the ressource fields - just use a program like "speed auto clicker" , set it to click like 20 times per seconds and use hit it on the build location that your minister would suggest.
