In grand strategy games, there's always the potential problem of trying to click at something on the screen like a unit at the exact same time a window pops up, and as a result choosing a pop-up option you had no intention of selecting -- before you even realize a popup has appeared. In this case, I've had this happen to me to the window that says "Congratulations! You have conquered X. Chart the future for this nation: Liberate, Colonize, Annex".
I know the EU4 and Stellaris games solved the issue of accidentally misclicking on popups by simply disabling all the pop-up event buttons for a single second. This is short enough to still allow players to swiftly dismiss pop-up windows they don't really care about, but still long enough to stop players from unintentionally clicking on a button without realizing it.
Could we get something similar in supreme ruler?
Could we get a button-lock on the conquest pop-up?
