BattleGoat Marketing

For those of you who would like to contribute to our marketing efforts, there is something you can do to help us spend less time on forums and more time on development. If you are so inclined, we are asking users to do the following things;

- Go to the Steam Reviews pages for Supreme Ruler 2020, Supreme Ruler Cold War and Supreme Ruler 1936. Please thumb up reviews you agree with and thumb down those you disagree with. Pushing down reviews that actually contain false data (positive or negative) is very important.
- Go to Metacritic. Post a user score that you feel is fair.
- If you see a forum thread somewhere outside of here or Steam, point them here for more info.

And of course, tell everyone you know your opinion of our game :)

I started likewise. Also, I am expecting a Supreme Ruler Fictional. Anything. Post Apoc, 2150, or even Alternative World. Come on, you can do it!

I even put my review as a Steam Showcase on my steam profile.

Just a reminder that taking time to look at reviews and thumb up those you agree with is a nice way to support our games!

Thanks,

Just to update, the Supreme Ruler Ultimate review section has a number of reviews.

As always, we are asking that you thumb up the reviews that you believe to be honest and fair while thumbing down those that contain incorrect information.

I think Battlegoat should reach out to a few of its Youtubers, theres quite a few channels out there that have gained extensive popularity with the SR games (including my own) and its a good way to do some free advertising, interacting with Youtubers and encouraging videos could help make more people make videos on it, creating more views and newer viewers that could go out and buy the games, I've had dozens of people buy Sr2020 for example after watching some of the videos I do on it.

Just my opinion though :p

My understanding is that when we sent out press preview copies, a number of youtubers were included. I believe we're trying to do what you suggest.
