Modders! Check out moddb, you can publish, host, create communities etc for your projects via moddb. Moddb has over 2 million users and is a good way to get some visablility. I created a page for Supreme Ruler Cold War and BG there so that people will know what game your modding for etc

Your mods can also be rated and reviewed which can give you renown, reputation or what ever
