Has anyone tired making histroy 2? it seems like a decent choice to try between cw and 1936. I dont like wasteing 20$ when I have a rig to build. Any thoughts on this game? http://making-history.com/

I have never heard of it, but the fact the page says, "© Muzzy Lane Software. 2011 All rights reserved", does not inspire confidence. If the company cannot keep that up to date....

It is on steam, But even there steam forums only have 9 threads on it. So its hard to get a picture on how the game is. Usually the steam forums are full of haters and I don't see that on this game, so that might be a good sign. Or is it people just understand games like this are going to have bugs in it. (although that's one thing I love about 2020, it was so stable.)(and its another thing that stopped me from playing CW). I have also seen posts saying HOI is a bit better of a game.
At any rate, there is a demo avail for it. And Steams summer sale is right around the corner (bet you will get this during the summer sale for under $5.00.

Ive played this game awhile back. Its pretty good and stable. It kinda reminded me of playing Axis and Allies but it had way more stuffs than the board game. The AI wasn't bad and I had a lot of different alternate history type game such as seeing Bulgaria (IIRC) invading South American countries.
