Prisons in Norway vary in their "star rating". Generally though, the thought is not to torture the prisoner but to focus more on making the convict a productive citizen again. I will never condone executions nor will I condone torture, be it physical or psychological.

well, from what I understood, most people there where around 15years, in Nordic countries your legally considered a child until you become 18.

well, it didn't happen in Russia, from what I calculated from that link of yours the median age was 20,31 years, 23/50 people on utöya was under 18, 10/50 where 18 and 17 where 19/50 or older. Are you trying to say that it would of been more ok for Breivik to murder those people if they where all adults? Do you become adult as 16 in Russia?

Well, some people think that is intentional manipulation of public opinion by more cruel description of what happened. To divert attention from the Breivik's ideas.

A USA today article states Killer Used games to prepare for attacks. Breivik said he sparpened his aim before hand by playing the video game COD MW for hours. He also prepared for his attacks by playing WOW for 16 hours a day. And that he played MW primarily to get a feel for how to use a rifle sight.

Again when I take over the world I am going to say I used Supreme Ruler as a guide on how to conqure the world. Now I just need to get elected as president somwhere.
