I don't think that Medvedev, no matter how much loyal to Putin, would give up power for his Master to step up. Actually he might if his family or himself were being... threatened...

...or Medvedev wanted to give back the power to Putin, as both can be expected to be working VERY close. Medvedev might be needed at another office where he could be more useful. Remember, these guys are a real tight knit clique of corporate-military-overlords. Sorta like a brotherhood of every corrupt power hungry corporate and military-industrial high position official.

Yes but how do we know what their true intentions are? We say they might be evil orthers say that it is just natural. What is their actual opinions and intentions on what they are doing at home.

Will they be going for global domination or will they turn to domestic matters first hand?

Well what i've seen they are trying to pilfer away the U.S.'s power with the missles on polands border. Global domination? maybe but only time will tell.

I dont think those guys are planning more than 3-4 year ahead. I guess its more about internal sign of unity and to show western countries that "we, Putin and Medwiedew, are the people to talk to when it comes to northen asia". Might be also pointed at opposition ("diffrent" way to count votes in favour to united russia)

Most of all this kind of change comes with changes in constitution.

Right, becuase the likes of Lincoln(born poor, in a log cabin, on the edge of the frontier,farmer who lost his land due to deed issues), Fillmore(log cabin,boonies,poor,apprenticed to a clothmaker at age 14),Jackson(log cabin,poor,joined military at age 13 as courier),Polk(log farm house-nicer than a cabin-but not much,didnt have access to formal schooling til 18-and than it was a religious school at that),Grant(Yup,you guessed it born rich and...oh wait, log cabin and poor again,joined military ),Van Buren (son of farmer/tavern keeper),A.Johnson(born in poverty made worse when his father died when he was 3 , apprenticed to a tailor at age 10 or 14 he ran away from one of these,had no access to school and had to teach himself how to read and write ),Truman (born on a farm,worked as a railroad timekeeper often sleeping in Hobo camps, joined the military during WW1)L.B.Johnson(born on the edge of poverty in a farmhouse,worked his way thru college as among other things-an elevator operator)etc... and now Obama show just how limited access to the presidencey is :roll:

You apparently have no clue about anything.

Obama was "chosen" because "they" decided that USA needs a brighter image throughout the world after being hated. After starting two illegal wars. Obama was needed to talk with "enemies" and basically as I said change the image of USA.

Nice job taking up things that happened long time ago. We are talking about 'nowadays' not what happened 100 years ago.

Tkobo could even add another or possibly 2 to that list.

You do need to be rich to run for President... but you dont have to be born rich. It just takes a lot more hard work to rise from the bottom but all the men that Tkobo listed did just that. WORKED HARD!!!!

I find it very funny to watch how hard some people work to keep from working hard. They spend more time trying to get out of doing the job even though if they just rolled up thier sleeves and did the job they would be finished at lot faster.

Yup,Nixon for one ,fits it very nice also.

I dont think you HAVE to be rich,BUT i do think that you have to work incredibly hard at it(like you say), which includes winning over people who can help your run financially.

Even if its those people who can only give you $100 to your campiagn.

Now maybe he meant the Obamatron voters, but if you take his comment in context of his first remark, it begins to sound as if he were saying that only Skull and Bones/Illuminati/Bilderbergs are ever assigned the job of President. Of course, he probably will not reply because the unmarked black helicopters got him, or Neo offered him the red and blue pills.

In any case, even I, with my theories of global socialist conspiracies to destroy the United States, still believe that you actually have to honestly steal an election through massive voter fraud and outrageous amounts of lying and cover ups, not just be assigned the job like Putin assigned Medvedev. :wink:

Ever heard the theory that a small group of elitest men (women i don't really know about) who are the real ones running the world or USA. This is what I think he refers to as "they".

Bush, Clinton, Probably Obama even now could be a part of one of these groups.

But this is just a theoretical, if not mythical, group. As i said nothing is ever written in stone.

Whats the limit on terms in Russia ?Is there one now ?Id heard it was 2 consecutive terms,but am unsure its thats still right.

For instance, in the U.S. a person can only serve 2 terms as president, although some presidents (like Clinton )have looked into and even tried to change this to "two consecutive terms", meaning the actual amount of terms would have no limit.
