I suggest you take a little trip to Miami, FL, and ask the questions about Fidel there...Btw, I happend to have a Cuban girfriend when I lived at Venezuela ... She escaped also from there when Chavez came to power.... I've heard first hand stories about the Cuban health care and education.... Do you know that physicians are not allowed to leave Cuba ? and when the go out in "good will" missions they are always under guard to prevent them from deserting....Niko465 wrote:You didn't answered me. I am Venezuelan, my family (middle class) is still trapped there...I talked to my mother yesterday and they couldn't find coffee or sugar in the stores... Last week, the missing product was milk...
Crime, is on the raise... In 2011 there where close to 20,000 homicides...
Of all my high school and university friends, close to 20% are still at Venezuela... The rest (including me) left the country...
Chavez, best friends includes Fidel Castro, Saddam Hussein and Muammar Gaddafi...
I lost count of how many times he has changed the constitution so he can hold all the power for live... Democracy? Sure:
If you like communism... I'm sure you will like Venezuela..."It is enough that the people know there was an election. The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything. " --Joseph Stalin
Since when Castro is bad? Because he freed Cuba from Batista? Or maybe because he humilliated USA. Twice(650 humilliation if we count all the assassination attempt they made against him(648)). Or because he have very good relations with Canada... Because of free health care and education, 99,8 literacy rate.
3 meals a day? My family does.... some others don't ? arrested? yes... persecuted by the " revolutionarios" ? hell yes.... Corruption? you serious? You cannot do anything important there without paying somebody "under the table"....
But hey, don't believe me! After all, I voluntarily pledged alliance to the Grand Satan and the Evil power that the United States of America is ....

As I predicted. There is attack to others theses and transfer to another leader (I kept Asad and Ghaddafi) who is "fair man in severe condition and surrounded by enemies, etc." Where was sarcasm? It is an experience and knowledge.Niko465 wrote:You didn't answered me. They can't eat 3 meals a day? They get arrested for contesting Chavez? There is lot of corruption? This is a known confusion of concepts. At this point a hold the Zinoviev's view. There is a imaginary communism, in which no money, no currency, no crime, etc (no water, no air, no people, no Earth, no matter, just Marx and Engels). And there was a real communism which was built in USSR in the pure form and some other countries with some impurities.fool wrote:Not such a ridiculous idea. Communism classically was always without currency; it would be a little tricky to have corruption in such a condition. Because that sort of thing was not feasible, the soviet union for example (U.S.S.R.) claimed to be a socialist rather than communist country, led by a communist party.
Russia has a great emigration experience. As I know, after a while the remaining people and emigrants no longer understand each other and cease to be a single society. Even after reunification they may remain the strangers. For foreigners it is much more and from beginning: the repressions downplayed almost always. For example, the famous Frenchman Romain Rolland justified Soviet terror because terror is everywhere ("half-Europe and almost all Asia"). Another Frenchman Louis Aragon received his sight only after the Soviet invasion of Hungary. Everything that happens to you has happened to many other people. If you learn from their experience it may be a little easier for you.Draken wrote:I suggest you take a little trip to Miami, FL, and ask the questions about Fidel there...

It's just some other fools thinking freedom is more important than wellness. Like if the weakers and dumbers were not made to be ruled by stronger and smarter...Draken wrote: I suggest you take a little trip to Miami, FL, and ask the questions about Fidel there...Btw, I happend to have a Cuban girfriend when I lived at Venezuela ... The doctors and phisicians knows very well they could be much more well payed if they flee to USA. Most are not such ******** thinking only to themselves, but many ares. The government payed their formation, going to the enemy nation and working for them is treason. You think USA would let their physician help Iran?
I know what these Floridians deserters says about Castro. Some are complaining that he is a monster who don't let people become rich and take profit of the poors the capitalist way. Others are member of the opposition(The fools who put freedom and democracy as their top priority).
USA evil? No. Russia say they bombed WTC. I don't think so. They financed the dead of over 50M people in Cold war? Yes. Lying to discredit their opposers? Yes. The fact is that unlike what everybody think, they are not good. Like Russia and China. It's retard to think that a superpower can keep this status without doing a huge load of crappy things. The fact that USA is falling could be a sign that they are better than I think. If it interest you, I'm much more concerned about China than USA. But USA is not good because it's opponant is bad.

To say that those who are "weaker and dumber" are "made to be ruled" is discrimination. I give little credibility to the opinions of people who discriminate against others.Niko465 wrote:...Like if the weakers and dumbers were not made to be ruled by stronger and smarter...

True. It was more of an exageration. Meaning that those who refuse to sacrifice some freedom(Dumbers) to get a universal and collective wellness don't deserve freedom.Balthagor wrote:To say that those who are "weaker and dumber" are "made to be ruled" is discrimination.
