Word is theres now a pc game in the works based on this ip

Sam & Max developer Telltale Games has five new games to announce, one of which could be based on zombie comic and TV series The Walking Dead, reports suggest.

If so, they are supposed to announce it feb 17th.

I really hope they dont use that "action system" for the zombie game.....Makes me feel like im back in the early 80's watching someone else play dragons lair, and wondering why the characters actions are so scripted.....

Yup, i do.I read about this development the other day on the various zombie game forums,and already knew a fungus like this existed.Thanks for putting it up though ,as its an article i hadnt read.

Wow, that video was interesting. I never heard of this stuff before. Makes the idea of Human zombies not all that far-fectched, it could really happen if a fungi mutates enough to effect a human host. They might not be brain eaters , but still...

So this fungi infects the insects and controls their brain ? Doesnt that show some sort of intelligence ?

Its not as far fetched as people think, buts its still pretty far out there.

There are in fact some studies right now that make a case that some parasites can control a living persons behavior,even causing some insanities.And look at rabies...
