No, I wasn't putting down a certain race..I mean even if white dominated South Africa would win the world cup it wouldn't look cool..
Now if Rhodesia did that would be awesome(because im from there).
I mean even Japan, South Korea, Algeria, Kazakhstan..no way. I like the traditional empires winning with the US becoming a power. African Nations just dont have the cool looks to be up there. This is my childish point of view.

Actually, it would be a nice show if post-Apartheid South Africa would win, but I know its going to be Brazil again.
