"Dear Leader " has pancreatic cancer ?

Reports are starting to spread that Kim Jong-il has pancreatic cancer.This is a particularly nasty cancer that has about a 5% five year survival rate in countries with advanced medical care.

Currently one of the best chances for survival is the Whipple Procedure,named after the american doctor,done at an advanced medical center, with experience in doing them.

Now its not confirmed these reports are true,but if true it explains even more than the recent stroke, why he's trying so hard to build up internal support right now.He would be not only trying to stay in power himself whiles hes serioulsy ill (no pun intended),but why so many see these actions as also propping up support for his sons.Especially Kim Jong Un who just recently was appointed head of North Korea's spy agency .

This son,Kim Jong Un is said to be being groomed for the "Dear Leader" slot, and is himself less than healthy....
