[UI-MOD] Business Accountant Version for SRU

Hello, while looking to make a larger build list, i made these small UI-mods that could be helpful to you:

1. Supply Percentage Number is always visible in Land screen (F2)
2. Larger List of Region Locations
3. The Resources Production Sub-Tab has a 2nd Window called Summary - it shows the usefull data of the selected resource, without the need to wait for the tooltip in the main department window.
4. The Resources Material Window got a 2nd Window - one for Consumption and one for Raw Material usage of the selected resource.

Make a Backup Copy of the files (or even the whole \HAPS folder)
and make sure you put those 4 *.HAPX files in the games \HAPS folder.

There are screenshots in the archive that show exactly where to look at.

This will work with ongoing games, and should be compatible with any mods that do not use these same files.
(could work for other SR games too - could not test)
