I was kinda excited seeing this event on the wiki, but it doesnt work, or am i doing something wrong?

In my opinion this should change the agriculture in hex 848,141 from 1 to 3 (max)

If it doesnt work please change the wiki event 47 as ((Not Implemented)) so others dont waste hours trying to mod this. Or better yet implement it!

It will change the resource potential for the hex, meaning it will support more industry. To my knowledge, it is working. Easy way to test is try either changing a hex with no petrol to a value of 1 and see if you can build there. Else find a hex with an oil well, set to to value 0, then see if after scrapping the oil well you're able to rebuild there. The resource filter should show the intensity change also.
