Unit experience

Although I am afraid it is more probable a confirm than a solution, is unit experience benefits editable or is it hardcoded? Thank you

Thank you for the answer, I believe the experience gives too much advantage against "normal" units. I saw recently a war between Italy and USSR (cold war) where worse technically units were killing the Russian units extremely easy just because the had accumulated experience from a war with Poland and Hungary. I know that gives a chance to the small countries to survive and I like it as a feature but it is also very often a factor of unbalanced situations so it needs a tune down...
