- the old one which also had canards (from the late 1980s iirc) of which only 15 were made and never entered service.
- the new one which is entering service with Russia and the PRC in numbers currently and is designated Su-35S. Apparently the S stands for series production:

If you do make a Su-35 eventually you should make the 35S variant because the older one is largely irrelevant.
I think the picture you have is of the Su-35S prototype. Not that I have a problem with this as it certainly is attractive and very distinctive. For the in-service paintjobs you can choose between the following:

The dark one would be the easiest but, perhaps not that different from what we have for the Su-34.

EDIT: now that I think of it, if you do want to make a Chinese texture for it (presuming you make the Su-35S in the first place) the dark camo would be equally distinctive (among the other Chinese Sukhois) and easy to make and you could use the one with green for Russia.
