It seems to be a fantastic mod more after install when I open the game an error called BEX , you know how to solve ?

I know for myself making a mod in ultimate is very hard, but to give Germany; Crimea, Japanese pacific islands and Iraq, is not Germany anymore. Just an ai regio with best techs of all and lots of land with no historical connection. I was playing Netherlands and at first i thought nice challenge, but it's also the 36 game i really hate on top of that. It would be nice all the Kaisers would challenge eachother, but as far as i can see they are all red sphere, another flaw in this game in my opinion.

To make this mod finished i would look to put in events for France and Spain, so this game seems interactive for a change. Not start with vichy France and revolutionairy Spain. Same with puppets of Russia, like Latvia and Estonia.

With all that being said. I played very fast and took me 4 hrs to go to oktober '36, so yeah it's also my computer and when this game was released i guess i didnt care it took weeks to finish WW2, but now im done with the game. So yeah i dont even know how this mod would develop into WW2.
Just things like needing 10 billion to build a land fab in 1936 is turning me off, you can do that 1 time when the game starts, but when the economy had been "stabilised" there is no money anymore. Yes you can abuse relations to get your money, but to me that's not a game.

Well I gave Crimea to Germany because that was one of their war goals in WW1. The Japanese Pacific Islands were historically German before WW1 and I gave Iraq to Germany as they probably would have taken advantage of the collapse of the Ottoman Empire to take some land. I did try to put in some events in Spain, like the Spanish Civil War for example, I may get rid of Vichy France, we'll see.

while I played threw a few days back in noticed in Spain, when the civil war starts, the country splits And I thought that was pretty awesome, but when I zoomed in to take a closer look I noticed the original Spain was just steamrolling the rebels, so I went into the cheat consul and turned off the FOW. what I found was that although Spain splits, the entire military of Spain stays with the parent, the new Spain has no units |O and even when I tried to give them some the war would be over and the units I gave them would turn into free gifts to the original Spanish regime. although I used the consul to turn off the FOW I didn't use it to change any other values, it was my first play threw of the mod and I enjoyed seeing all the differences you have made in first person.

I am actually considering adding the Kuban and Don Republics and well as the Mountainous Republic of the Northern Caucuses. The Kuban People's Republic will probably wind up as a colony of the Ukrainian People's Republic. I'm also planning an event in the 50s to have Crimea switch from a German colony to a Ukrainian one.

I remember doing an alternate map of the ww1/russian civil war/ turkish independence war aftermath myself.
Do note that I'm not trying to mock any national group with this map.
In my scenario, Northern Kuban was annexed by Ukraine, but the southern part remained. But off course, diplomatically speaking, making the whole Kuban a ukrainian colony would be much more likely.
Th original map that I edited was NOT mine, and I can send it to you on pm if you want to see what I've changed.
Obviously in my scenario Gernamy and Austria lose the war.

I do think that you might want to give the crimean colony more land, no? Also, you could look at giving the tatars of south Russia independence. Of course, this was nothing Germany aimed for, but If Russia was severely carved by other separatists, kazakhstan and similar groups would have a good chance! Of course, they did not have close to the same chances for survival as the west european and caucasian rebels, but if Russia collapses, then many groups could be considered for independence, even though not residing in Eastern Europe/the caucasus.

You are a wealth of information, thanks for the maps! I think I'll just stick to the three republics I've already mentioned simply because they were the only ones (that I know of) that were recognized by the Central Powers and signed treaties with Germany during WW1 therefore it is possible that after the war the Germans would have moved troops in to defend them from the Bolsheviks. If you can find any other breakaway states that were recognized in some form by the Central Powers I will consider them as well. Help delineating the borders of the Belorussian People's Republic in game would be really helpful too, trying to figure that out on my own was a nightmare! I am also planning an event so that if German declares war on the USSR, once they take Moscow all the land they have gained instantly becomes a new nation, the Russian Empire, led by a new Tsar. The loyalty will still belong to the USSR so that there can be a Bolshevik insurgency long into the future. As far as giving Crimea more land...I've actually been thinking about that. There are some maps that show it with land in southern Ukraine, but there are others that show it as just the peninsula. Another thing I've been considering is giving the Crimea a short period of independence between their switch from a German to Ukrainian colony.

Do remember that Ukraine not only claimed Kuban but also Don's coastline. It would probably be a very prioritized goal to get a land bridge to Kuban, no? I doubt though that ukraine would try to annex all of Don.
Will you give Ukraine the coastline, all of Don, or leave Don completely independent?

The germans had a colony in Georgia. The ottomans also wanted the Caucasus territories, but in your mod it seems the Ottomans have been really unlucky? And if the ottomans wouldnät take Georgia, Germany would.

The Allies would never had accepted such a peace agreement. And even if the did, Germany and Austria would not be able to enforce it, or protect the new state (from it's citizens) since they're not connected. Vichy France in ww2 was the part of France that was free, it was the northern part that was lost through the treaty.
And I understand if you've laid down work on vishy France and don't wan't to destroy it. But then could you please, rename it to Occitania? And give it the occitan flag? Maybe even edit it's territory a little?

Excellent ideas, in my mod Vichy France became independent as a result of a French Civil War between Fascists and Republicans. Anyway, regarding the Don Republic, the German Empire would likely want to minimize fighting between the satellite states and since in this timeline the Ukrainian State fell in the 1920s and was replaced by the Ukrainian People's Republic the Germans would probably not be too interested in supporting Ukrainian expansionism. I actually just learned that the Ottomans had another client state besides Jabal Shammar and Azerbaijan, the North Caucasus Emirate. I will probably include that as well. With regards to Georgia, I intend to make them an independent client state of the Central Powers and I am looking for a good place within their borders for a German military base. I'm going to add the United Baltic Duchy at some point as well. As far as Africa is concerned, remember that this is not a total Central Powers victory, rather it is a negotiated peace with the Americans as moderators. The peace agreement allows the Germans to annex Luxembourg and the Austrians to annex Lombardy Venetia and accepts the Central Powers gains in the Balkans as fait accompli while also recognized the legitimacy of the Treaty of Brest Litovsk. Because Great Britain and France have not actually been defeated Germany would not get any of their colonies.

HOWEVER, the African members of the Central Powers, the Dervish State and the Sultanate of Darfur would have their independence guaranteed. I plan to add them in the next update. As far as Montenegro, Serbia, and Albania go, they are independent Austrian client states, not colonies. The Austro-Hungarians had some serious internal problems so they would want avoid over extension, (I'm planning an insurgency at some point) Now then, time to talk about the Ottoman Empire, the original idea for this mod was that the Ottomans would have collapsed even without an Entente victory. However, I have since reconsidered that position and am announcing that the Ottoman Empire is back! 8) They will also have Cyprus as a colony and a series of events that will allow them to slowly gain more control over Egypt and Sudan. I may also grant them control over Libya...we'll see. This also means that Armenia and Azerbaijan will be granted independence as Central Powers aligned states AND Arabia will be divided up again. Now, to model the instability and decline of the Ottoman Empire, there is going to be a high intensity insurgency occurring throughout the Ottoman Empire for the first 20 years of the mod. Thanks for all the maps by the way, that's very helpful! Oh and with regards to Occitania, I will consider it but please understand that it is not a high priority at the moment.
