Hotkey for garrison +/- and unit repair/entrench

I'm sure this has been asked before but can't find it.

Is there a hotkey to selected hex - to increase/decrease garrison to that hex

Also for unit micro-management to put them into repair/entrench

something like ctrl-r or ctrl-e

Right now such key combinations do nothing.. would love to have such a key combination available

no such luck for garrison - use theatre / battlezone controls to max or empty them in batch.
