Oki. So i can not expext to build and launch satellites after finish satellites race around 1956?

If you build the required facility and research the required technologies, it should be possible to launch satellites. No one has reported it not working, it's been a few years since I've play with satellites in the game.

I see, so what is the right requiredmen for launching rec. Satellites then?

You need Reconnaissance Satellites (tech level 86, technology category) which needs Microprocessors and Digital Fly-By-Wire Systems

Thanks all. IT works and i was able to launch my first communication satellites around 1959.
