Colonize liberation annexation- suggestion for enhancing options

It would be intereesdant to insert a option when we conquering a country in Colonize and Liberation option we get the ability to edit a map of the conquered country. That we can take some territories of conquerd countriy and Liberate and Colonized without those parts which we would attach to the land of the players. And it would be very interesting to insert negotiation possibilities around the territory.
I don't know how simple that would be from a standpoint of program coding,but it would be a very interesting innovation.
