Supreme Ruler Ultimate - Version Changelog (Update 9.1.40)

We are happy to announce we have released a new update! Apologies for the delay, we ran into some multiplayer sync issues that we have fixed.

-Added additional lumber mills to Russia and increased their starting supply (1914/1917 start)
-Italian troops are now deployed for the 1917 start
-Relationship changes in the 1914 sandbox
-Added additional military goods to the USSR for the 1936 start
-Gave Tibet units and a barracks for 36 start
-Fixed Yugoslavia world availability in the Cold War start
-Added Uranium to Egypt in 2020/2017
-Removed ISIS from the 2020 sandbox but kept loyalty
-Additional leader pics for 2017 and 2020
-Mapfixes for 2020 and 2017 sandboxes
-Adjusted Middle Eastern relations for 2017 and 2020
-Adjusted some DoWs on Italy for WW2 Sandboxes
-Added hotkey for minimap
-Added popup for alert settings
-City name plates changed to region name at far zoom
-Added Multiplayer names to region name plates
-Resolved MP Sync issue with TR/MA maps (powf() value inconsistency)

I got one. You are using an old version of UGBITS7 and UGBITS8 so some unit models does not have any icons.

edit: Also all aircraft carriers I checked had an aircraft capacity of 1

Another one. The large scale of mesh1585 (ki-10) indicates to me that you are still using the first version of that mesh. I recommend using the second version as the first one has an offset error.
It is the only model I have seen that issue with but given that it was a mistake I made on multiple exports there might be more.

I am fairly certain some are already the new version but I already had this collection on dropbox so I am just linking that.

Thanks Nerei! I have made those changes and I realized I forgot to push the latest UGBits. Those will be fixed when it goes public.

The leader picture for South Africa is incorrect in World 2020.

I saw some units without meshes - Eh-101 helicopter (UK), all Mirage-2000`s (France)

Only gad a quick look though, will revert when getting another chance.

still an issue: rails, roads and trenches have still a recon value (tested with several sandboxes) although in unit file spot is "0" maybe clearing the field helps...

I went through the 9.1.40 beta patch and compared the files in it with the November master and January addition that I have.

I did find some texture files where missing. I have also added some later texture updates and I have included the updated meshes I linked to above.
Further I have updated a few picnums entries. For scales I consider if something is 0.9 or 0.7 as a matter of taste but if it is 0.7 or 0.09 then it will either produce giant or tiny units. I have changed entry 1597, 1603 and 1614. Might be a few more.

The UGBITS files should also be updated to the latest version.

I hope I have caught at least most of the problems.

It should work just by dropping it into the SRU folder.

Also I have replaced the texture used by unit 871 with the one for 1752.
There where a texture name conflict and I cannot currently re-export the model and unlike 1752 I cannot find that 871 is actually being used by the game.
871 is a ascii compiled while 1752 is binary so you can change 871 with a text editor.
However 1752 is basically the improved version of 871 so I am not really sure important it is.

I downloaded the link that you supplied Nerei, and can see that the most of the units are fixed now, but i did see that the Trafalgar SSN from the UK is invisible when deployed. Again, i only had a quick look and will post any other issues i see in due time

That one is going to be a bit harder for me to do anything about. Going by default.unit SSN-107 Trafalgar uses picnums entry 522 which default.picnums links to mesh 522.
From what I can tell it is not included in the patch. No idea if the texture is there but without mesh it is not going to do much.

Had it been like HMS Astute (mesh 1816) where the picnums entry was missing it would be fairly easy but everything points towards one or more missing files.

Basically BG needs to include mesh 522 in the download and possibly also the texture for mesh 522.

Oops, that's no me. SGTScbua was kind enough to make us a model :)

We'll get that into the final.

Any engine changes? These are all map/OOB changes. Does AI now fix damaged facilities?
Please teach AI everything!

It already does. That rate at which it decides repairing is economically sustainable is unchanged as is the availability of goods (commodity balance).
