Supreme Ruler Ultimate Insider Build Update - Version 9.1.37

We posted a Supreme Ruler Ultimate Update today to the Insider beta stream. Mostly content additions and fixes, no engine changes this time:

Version 9.1.37
  • Change of Language (French/German/Spanish/English) no longer requires restart
  • Fixes to some Leader pictures
  • New Meshes (7) courtesy Nerei
  • New modern units added to equipment list
  • Minor map data changes (region colours)
  • Fixes to WWII Campaign events
If no issues are reported then we will make this live on the non-beta stream shortly.

The first push of 9.1.37 had some faulty caches (missing tech tree information), we have pushed a new update this morning to the Insider build. Same version number, fixed caches.

It appears there is some missing entries in default.picnums

A fix is to add this to the file

Can't seem to find the thread where I originally saw it, but I can confirm a huge "bug" with ISIS units having full bar (silver) for morale and efficiency and due to that they are practically steamrolling everybody including myself. They had a stack with 4 TL-1 Rover tanks and 1 Leclerc (5 tanks total) and they annihilated my two (2) stacks of 7 T-80UD (meaning 14 tanks)

...unless fixed, the game is unplayable with such overpowered ISIS. :evil:

If ISIS has these, then you're a certain distance into the game. From which Sandbox/Scenario/Campaign did you start?

Trump 2017 scenario (late 2020 currently)...but the issue is not the TL-1 tank, the issue is the moral & efficiency bar that is full at least that is the only explanation I found why I can't hurt their units (because units stats wise, I should destroy them easy). HUH

Also Chris, please check what you did with morale & efficiency for ISIS and Kurdistan...they both have those bars full to the max...

Look, they both have a FULL bar for morale and efficiency. When I try to raise my morale/efficiency bars through maximum spending on salaries/training/maintenance, the max I can come to is 57-80% for morale and barely 50-60% for efficiency. So I wonder, how come, ISIS and Kurdistan are the only AI countries that have maximum morale and efficiency? *(from the start) If nothing was done intentionally, than it must be some kind of a mistake or a bug because all other AI countries when faced with ISIS or Kurdistan (in rare occasions since they are not aggressive as ISIS) moral and efficiency (in Trump 2017) simply either get annihilated or the units surrender...dead in both cases. :D

I did more testing, used Syria to confront ISIS early when they are still "weak" but boy-oh-boy was I in for a surprise. My one stack of 7 T-72M tanks was blown to piecies by ISIS stack of 3 T-72M tanks |O ....so obviously the unit stats or type are no issue here but the efficiency and morale are :roll:

Try for your self, you're gonna like it :D

(Kurdistan and ISIS are the only countries so far that I discovered had this "bonus" to their units morale & efficiency...)

Not yet. I need to post more formally somewhere but now that SRGW has been released, my hours with BattleGoat will be much reduced as I am working on other projects.
