Suggestion: Gender Choice during Election and Seizing Power

During hours of game play and playthroughs, I feel the game missing a element.
They way I approach the game, when you start a game in any sandbox game or games in general.
I get the immpression you ain't the stathead more of background person who helps the goverment to run the contry, futher when you are loseing an election and choose to grap the power aka dicatorship, first then you become the statehead and if your rulling party wins the election you are still the background person who helps the goverment.

What I feel the game is lacking is the element to choose the gender of the state head if you eventually loses and election, and you can bring this futher also in terms of realism, parties over time usally changes their leader of their own parties so the idea consept could also works towards elections in the game to.

Reasoning behind my idea, i basicly it has happend to me sometimes when I lose and election and go on with seizing the power aka dicatorship the statehead has changed to a female.

On the contrary I think that it's absolutely great exactly how it is.

Also when you lose elections you still remain in power so nothing changes.
