Revolts/Rebellion/Uprising

When I declare war on the UK or any other country for that matter.

After annexation, sometimes you get uprising, revolts, etc.

This is logic and no complain there.

but, assume the UK prior conquered and annexed Germany, France, Netherlands, etc.

After the war with the UK, those countries are now occupied by me.

In the UK itself, I still see uprising, revolts, etc.

But the other countries, which I didn't liberate but annexed myself, don't revolt/uprise/etc.

I don't think this is realistic. After Germany conquered eastern Europe, they got simply another occupation by the Russians.
However, the eastern Europeans still had revolts and uprisings.

And we can find many more examples in history. The west was liberated by the USA. But the USA didn't occupy France/Netherlands, etc
so no revolts/uprising in the West.

But in the East, you simply had 1 occupation changed by the next. So people were still discontent and unhappy.

This should somehow be reflected in the game. Maybe less uprising/revolts but still unhappy people.
