If one of the sphere leader region fall who lead that sphere? I eliminate china and it be allied aligned but axis and red sphere is yet.

From some of the design notes I was able to find;
Hope that helps...Even though a sphere technically has a leader, when they fall, the sphere still carries on with its current members with no one officially leading it. However the influence of the sphere is significantly weakened and it could lose members more easily.
