Better 4K support
Is there any chance for a better 4k support (ui scaling) coming to SRU or are all the developer time spend on SR2030?

There won't be any further updates to SRU.
Scaling and 4k support was introduced in Galactic Ruler after the engine was converted to 64bit and DirectX11. There is no way to push back engine features anymore.
