My Modding Quest

Hello ladies and Gentlemen, so many thanks about you'r time and you'r kindness.
I'm here cause i need some help about 3 things.

(SANDBOX games only)

1/ I was wondering how to mod a country to become friendly with another. Specifically, i want Brazil becoming friend with germany. I think there is two way, a treaty since the start, and the sphere parameters ? Could someone bring me light about this please.
(still need help here with the treaty)

2/ The CVP file, got many things i can't know what is it for, maybe it could help people in the needs if you take time to put some words on it :

worldavail = It's the Region code for the unit, if in the DEFAUT.UNIT you see G on a unit line, and germany is worldavail G, means germany can build this unit.

parentregion = If you put a number here, this region will be the colony to the country number.

3/ I woud like to creat a Unit usable only for 1 country, i will only copy paste S35 (tank) add him a bit more strengh, and make it usable only by Brazil for example. If you have a link on a topic, i would be glad to get it. Thanks you !

Looks like Sphere -1 tend to Germany, 1 to Allies and 0 to neutral/russia

I managed to modify country thanks to this link : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uV2VY4oTTAM
I also modify Sphere -1 0 1 to some countries. Then, i deleted the parentregion number of most of the countries, exept canal and some island. I added some prodefficiency to major country.

But my probleme is that my game crash Early 1937 (Jan or February). I think it is relative to an event and i was wondering wich one could crash my game ? Uk owns Netherlands and Danzig. And USA own Luxembourgs. Is it the matters ? i need some help...

There is possible to add multiple worldavail value?
Like "worldavail G, H," or "worldavail G H"

I remember yes! "worldavail GH" but not 100% sure!
