Supply problem

Most of my units won’t get supplies I am playing as germany and I have occupied all of the neighbour countries but now the problem is most of the units in poland and germany don’t get supplies and they are stuck a year has passed but still they are stuck I built supply depots imported tons of military goods but still it all goes in vain I have a massive military yet it is paralyzed please help me
