update 9.1.2.44 Tech problem

I noticed a problem, technology could not be explored: Softwear Self Programing,Laser Communication,Dark Matter Theories,Missile Launch Silos.
Clicking on them will not start the research

Same problem for:Vehicular Stirling Refit,Human Cloning,Advanced Androids,Claytronics,Efficent Fusion Power,

Chemical Weapons Production tech is also bugged

Cause found, should be fixed in .245 and up.
