I choose the scenario "Trump Rising", "World" I choose Russia and no other countries have alliances.

You probably meant NATO and Russia's alliances. They didn't put NATO in the game or even the alliances that are in NATO. No country has alliances in trump rising or 2020 scenario but there is a mod that has the alliances set up. However, it hasn't been updated in awhile and the alliances are alittle out dated.

Also does anyone know how to edit the alliances like which file I could edit the alliances for Trump Rising so the countries that should be allied with one another are Even though there is no NATO?? I looked at the modding guide up and down and I can't find any mention of what I'm looking for.

I think you mean using CVPREL in events file

Yeah than probably that is what I meant. Thanks. Also does anyone know how to edit the leaders in the game. Like if I wanted to make the leader of the Turkish Communist party the leader of Turkey - (I know how to change the government in the .CVP file.
