AI still likes to move north into low/non-supply areas

(screenshots out of my DT-Mod - but this issue also happens in vanilla game and i seen it in SRGW too)

Gamesettings all medium, unpredictable stance, fog of war turned off

Germany declared war on Iran

the AI still loves to move far north into low and non supply areas - i guess just to conquer some "easy" square km with except a pair of garrison units in a village, no resistance.
Then the forceallocations is really out of bounds ( just look screenshots)
- almost the whole german army to make vacation in siberian tundra !
- a lone iranian tank unit to crash the party ?!
- since the german army is somwhere else a few german units (like that single iranian tank unit) try to check out a properly (for the few enemies) defended key locations that is hold by Iran

This shoul'd be high priority since it tends to be game breaker in any of the games, sooner or later!

Siberia is not only black hole for units, there are also others like Alaska, parts of Canada (north), US deserts, Egypt, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Mali, Chad, african jungles, Australian desert....
