I think the title says it all. Perhaps it is time to make Macron the president of France in the modern scenarios?

Personally I think that sounds like a good idea. Also while they are at it they can say change the ROK's Park Geun-hye to Moon Jae-in and as there is no way around it for BG change Hillary to Trump.

While at it perhaps muslim ghettos could be added aruond Paris and Marseille since they now take up almost full hex'es ? They have their own separate laws and authorities so it'd only be realistic
