98 Battle Groups?
Is there a file that one can change to change the capacity of Battle Groups from 98 to something higher?

This is hard-wired at present. I've noticed this occasionally mentioned as a wish list item, though I'm surprised people really encounter this as a limit. Ooh, that would make my day. Maybe as an option in the setup menu like "number Battle Groups after 11" or what ever that option is.
I would have to say one of the greatest features I love about this game is setting up divisions, corps, and armies and naming them and conducting battles at a micromanaged level. I like smaller Division to Corp sized battle groups, giving each a different path, and the many other features that can be assigned to each battle group.
