how can i tune the scroll with the mouse on the edges of the screen and with the wheel in the building menu? - i need moooree speeeed

Press and hold the mouse wheel and you can drag the map faster. And welcome, you are certainly blowing up my notifications:)

Thanks a lot ... now i can also scroll much faster with units selected

Just turn off the notifications
