Thats what i caught in my mod so far. I think they are all glitches atleast. TIP for BG, think if you add new facilities to a hex next time. Players dont like to see issues like this.

In July and August we did a major pass to catch reported map issues to that point. Unfortunately the update we're releasing this week doesn't have content changes, only engine updates, but I've added your list to our task system and we will look at those items in our next content update. Thanks for compiling the list.
