AI need to break treaties

AI need to break treaties when suporting 1 ally in war with another ally.

Breaking treaties is a big penalty tho, so that should also be corrected. Im fine with relations going down for the region whom you break treaties with, but not the entire world and world integrity rating.

This will help in world being more dynamic and maybe some new alliances will pop up.

Also i witnessed something i think for the first time. I was playing a game as Netherlands, was going thru some countries in MP, then Germany went crazy in europe. I didnt think much of it, as i was allied so continued watching some other countries then i saw suddenly no alliance between Netherlands and Germany. When i logged back in to Netherlands the world integrity dropped to 73% meaning they broke treaties with Germany. It was cool it happened, but thats what i mean, why would i get lower world integrity after breaking relations with a war mongering region who conquered like 7 regions in europe on some with treaties?
