SR1936 and Cold War won't save

SR1936 and Cold War won't save
When I click save nothing happens and when I go to load there are no files. I purchased both through STEAM. OS is 10. Also I tried emailing support but haven't heard back and it's been close to 3 weeks now.

Did you try uninstalling/reinstalling? In the root folder of the game, is there a folder called "savegame"?
