Navy design at scrapyard price

Hi, I would like to ask why when I sell a Navy unit of any class, the AI will literally pays close to nothing for a design, as opposed to lucrative profits I can make when I sell an Aircraft or Land unit?



It does not matter if the AI in qn is a super power like Russia or US, or some landlocked country / countries in Latin America that do not even have a Sea Port.


Hope BattleGoat can look into this issue that exists since SR2020 at least.


PS: The only time when navy units are not sold at a scrapyard price is when there is a pre-requisiste tech that AI needs but yet to have.
