Firstly, first post!
Secondly, I have twice tonight played the Germany 1936 campaign. Volatility was set to high on the first go-through, and Italy randomly declared war on Czhechoslovakia and Belgium, violating the "Prime Directive" I set forth. So, I restarted the campaign with medium volatility, and Italy still violated my "Prime Directive" by declaring war on Switzerland.
I should note that I recently downloaded the Script Creator and Editor, but aside from trying to make an event in which East Germany declares war on West Germany in 1964 (I am so confused by it, though), I didn't make any edits to any SR1936 files.
Has anyone else encountered the issue of Italy acting out aggressively in 1936 on medium volatility?

Re: Issues with Italy in 1936
I've had Italy declare wars on Switzerland, Czechoslovakia, France and others and Japan has done the same. Japan conquers Thailand instead of making them an ally of the Axis without annexations which is what happened in real life.
