Modern World mod renames rubber to water. I don't know if the economy was touched on this aspect.

Although since he's playing the 1936 Scenario with my mod installed.. its actually rubber, and using the 1936 economic system. Only when running the MW scenario will it use water.. otherwise its just rubber renamed.
The issue is I never actually released a version for SRU so it doesn't change the UI in SRU like it did in SR1936. As per usual i suggest keeping a vanilla install for playing any scenario other than the MW mod. One can copy paste the entire SRU folder as many times as you need to keep various modded/non modded versions.

natural occuring water is located in the correct places or in the few rubber locations?
