A few small issues

I'm playing Spain Sandbox, started with 3 colonies, and noticed that when I hovered the pointer over "Allied regions" on the State screen in the bottom left, it said "-3". This rectified after I set up all the treaties with my 3 colonies.

VERY occasionally, the mouse pointer has got stuck within the map screen in the bottom right, and I had to ctrl-alt-delete out.

COAL, even though when selling is unfavourable, always sells on the market.
