Cancelling / Uncancelling building troops

Hi

I canceled building some of my ships and later i wanted to resume them, but there is no "play"-button = resume, only another "pause unit production" even though they are already paused.

You probably know this already...

It hasn't been noted specifically but there are some bigger design issues related to this panel that will see those controls reviewed as well.
