Bug: automatic scrolling

Hi

I had this bug ever since i bought the game (4-5 updates ago maybe)

Some of the times when i select build, like if i want to build a coal plant the window that opens keeps scrolling down making it very hard to select what i want to build.

Whatever i do somtimes it just keeps scrolling down

And NO i never had this with any other game/program, it seems to be connected to the "Wheel" on the mouse...

(Not sure if its called Wheel, but well... the button you use to scroll down when on the internet or other docs/programs that dont fit on the screen. Maybe its called scroll-button`?

sort of slowly rolls by, but not all the time? I get it as well.

Same for me. Happens when I open right-click build menu. It existed in SRCW as well. Can't recall if it was in 2020 or not.

This is a known issue from SRCW, low priority.
