There are a couple serious errors in the SR-49 and SR-1936 beta edition, as outlined below and request some attention given.
In general, the area of the Primorsky Krai has several inaccuracies: names and locations.
1. There is no Russian city called "PRISTAN" (X1584 Y190).....except small villages in the Caspian Sea regions and none are single name (Pristan) villages.
2. Based on the location (X1584 Y190) is should be re-named: SHKOTOVO.
There is also no credible Military Complex - Naval Fabrication - Sea Port there, nor should it be representative of Vladivostok at that location.
3. Vladivostok - suggest that Vladivostok be relocated 1 hex north on the peninsula, at: X1583 190......because the city is located west of
the major port and shipbuilding zone. By doing this, you can relocate the incorrect MilComplex at X1584 Y190 (now Pristan)....to new location at: X1583 Y191.
At least in this way, you can get both the Vladivostok city and military port and shipbuilding location on the peninsula
4. Coastal Highway - there is a major highway linking Artem via Shkotovo to NAKHODKA (X1590 Y193) - Highway A188....it was a two-lane
road and is on military maps of the region, in the late-30s.
5. NAKHODKA - Nakhodka was always a major port and maritime transshipment port. ADD: 1 x Sea Port slot.
The port area does shipbuilding, but it is mostly a repair port for the Soviet Maritime Province / Fleet, augmenting the Vlad complex ability to repair both warships and the merchant marine. While it built small ships, I would not rate it for a MilComplex + Nvl Fab. slot.
Thanks for considering the changes.
