Currently we can open a Unit Summary Panel on cargo laden units and see a 'Cargo' list. It appears you have added a scroll bar so we can view the entire list of cargo. Problem is there does not seem to be a way to lock this 'Summary Panel' open so we can enjoy using the new scroller.
Maybe a right click could lock it open for examination.
